Color Consultation:

Color Consultation is all about the process of selecting (and resourcing) colors, materials, and finishes for your space, which is very beneficial to residential, commercial, and multi-unit construction projects. Whatever your needs may be for these design issues, we can come up with a solution and develop a unique program for you. We start this process by examining the client's specific selection(s). Some examples of this would be: interior wall, trim, and ceiling colors and finishes, exterior materials, colors, and finishes, material and finish for products such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, etc. From here we determine the number of selections to be made and if resourcing for these products is needed from the designer. The designer can help the client make selections from a product already chosen or work closely with the client to research, find, and price which product would best suit there needs. The Color Consultation service is also beneficial for the client in need of a general color palette for their decor, finishing touches to their space, of if they just want to make a few changes to an existing palette. Depending on complexity of client's needs, most consultations can be completed within one to two meetings with client.

Fee Structure: Color Consultation:

Depending on the scope of work to be done, there are different options in our fee structure. Client can be charged per selection, per meeting, per project, or a unique set up can be determined for the client with ongoing development work needed. There are several variables in determining a fee structure for a particular client, including what type of selections to be made, how many, length of time to successfully complete selections, and if research and resourcing is needed. A general color consultation "meeting" is $150.00 and would last between one to two hours. A general "per selection" charge would be $50.00. If several selections need to be made and/or resourcing is needed, we recommend giving the client a total "per project" fee. Please contact us for more details!

Full Interior Design :

The Full Interior Design service provides the client with everything they will need to complete their project from start to finish. This service can include regular consultations, concept design and solutions to client's program, provided visual material and samples for client to gain clear mental picture of process, developing a budget, deadlines, and schedule of events, finding resources, weekly communication updates, purchasing, bidding on vendors, shopping with client, installation, and walk through at end of project. To sum up, designer can act as project manager from concept to install. Overall design work and selections to be made can include: space planning, movement charts, an entire color palette, structural additions, wall, window, and floor treatments, electrical and plumbing fixtures, furniture and accessories, customized pieces, etc. Whether you are working on one room or a whole space, we can help you come up with design solutions that are refreshingly different and develop a unique program to fit your circumstances.

Fee Structure for Full Interior Design:

There are many options in deciding the fee structure for an individual client. The initial consultation is the first meeting the client and designer have to dicuss the needs and see the space. The initial consultation is a $150.00. From here we decide the designer's role in the process and set up the fee structure. We can set up an hourly rate (average $50/hour) or a consultation fee basis as work is needed. Sometimes for this service we can give a "total project fee" that covers implementation of concept board from start to finish, with designer acting as project manager. This is uniquely determined with an individual client based on their needs, in which scope of project, schedule, and roles of designer and client are acurately assessed and agreed upon. For a "total project fee", 50% of total fee is due at beginning of project. Upon completion of project, the remaining balance is due. For the designer to start a project, a deposit (which is determined based on scope of work) is required from the client. Aside from the designer fees for the client, if the designer is purchasing for the client, client will be billed accordingly for products and invoices due within 10 business days of invoice. Other options for payment (depending on scope of work) can include weekly installments, monthly installments, or installment after each phase of work.

Commercial and Multi-Unit Projects:

The concept design service for commercial and multi-unit projects is beneficial for the client in need of development of style, resources, working within budget requirements, and material specifications for a project. Designer usually needs to acquire blueprints and schedule of values for project, along with an initial meeting to discuss scope of project. From here the designer starts the creative development process, then provides the presentation of concept. Once approved, the designer then works on researching and locating sources and vendors (if needed). Designer prepares final design boards and specification books of all products and finishes per client's needs. Selections to be made can include any and all products used in a construction project, for example: exterior and interior colors, materials, and finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, hardware, cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliance packages, door, window, handrailing, and moulding, and many more. Designer can also work with client to make renditions to existing floor plans, developing a budget, and sourcing vendors. Whatever your situation, we can develop a unique program that best suits your needs.

Fee Structure for Commercial and Multi-Unit:

Depending on scope of project, fees can be established on a "per selection" basis, "per project" basis, or an ongoing development structure payment. Please contact for further details.

Powerhouse Design:

"Powerhouse" Design is a design service for the client in need of advice and implementation in a limited time frame. This includes a design overhaul in a day, using what client has in home already and doing minimal changes to revamp the space. The work to be done can be as little or as much as the client is needing, such as painting, rearranging furniture, hanging fixtures, window treatments, adding artwork and accessories, "power shopping" with designer or designer and team to do shopping. We can change anything the client is needing in the time frame available. This is a fun way to bring about change and a face lift to client's home without a lot of fuss! This process is fast, furious, and fabulous! Designer can help client with subtle changes in existing space to developing beginning ideas for future changes as well. We can work with what you have already or make some purchases and add key pieces to help solve design problems. Sometimes just adding a little paint and rearranging can do wonders! This service totally depends on complexity of client's program. Designer can schedule an in-house meeting with client same day and optimize simple changes immediately. Or can schedule appointment ahead of time for designer to assess space, discuss all issues and scheduling with client, and prepare for the day of "powerhouse design". If this is required, this pre-meeting will give us a better time frame to schedule work to be done and the actual "Powerhouse" day would go as follows: arrive at clients house in morning (if needed, house has already been painted, any renovation work done), we then go over general plans for the day and process of what needs to be done, will start implementing the design process, "power shopping" for whatever is selected to be replaced or added to home, installation by designer and crew, walk through and final touches! Client can be involved as little or as much as they want in the process. This is a great way to bring about refreshingly different changes on a small budget and/or limited time frame!

Fee Structure for Powerhouse Design:

Fees for this service are totally dependent on scope of work and length of day. We usually estimate a total charge for the day, which includes the designer and crew fees, vendor fees, and travel expenses. Typically the design in a day fee ranges from $250-$500 per room and/or area, this does not include vendor charges or purchases. If designer is shopping for client, client will reimburse the designer at time of installation.

This service is provided to client's who are in need of quick updating for a property they are trying to sell. We can consult and implement changesfor the interior, as well as helping to create great curb appeal. Whatever your budget may be, our services can be beneficial to the future property seller. Services can range from a regular consultation, where the designer would meet with client at property and give an overview of ideas, in which the client would implement themselves. Or we can come up with a complete plan of action that suits the property's needs and work to implement all changes for you in the time frame given. We know you are most concerned with selling your property and would like to help you get a step ahead and take care of these issues effectively and efficiently. Sometimes a home just needs a little updating, de-cluttering, and fresh furnishings layout to create a viewer friendly space and to achieve the ultimate end goal, selling your property at top dollar!
